These Terms govern your use of the getignitor.com website, operated by
Illusion Arts ("we", "us"), based in Mexico. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. The website
This site presents information about Ignitor, lets you join our newsletter, and links to purchase our products. We may change or discontinue parts of the site at any time.
2. The Ignitor product (licensed separately)
These Terms cover the website only. The Ignitor editor is a separate product, governed by its own license (provided at purchase via our checkout). Nothing here grants you a license to the software.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape abusively, or access it in unauthorized ways, and no unlawful use.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content, design, the "Ignitor" name and logo are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our marks without permission.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe, you consent to receive launch news and devlogs. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Purchases
Purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Their checkout terms and refund handling apply to the transaction. Product use is governed by the product license referenced in section 2.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
9. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services (e.g. Lemon Squeezy, social platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Nuevo León, Mexico, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Este sitio presenta información sobre Ignitor, te permite suscribirte a nuestra lista y enlaza a la compra de nuestros productos. Podemos cambiar o discontinuar partes del sitio en cualquier momento.
2. El producto Ignitor (con licencia aparte)
Estos Términos cubren solo el sitio web. El editor Ignitor es un producto aparte, regido por su propia licencia (entregada al comprar, vía nuestro checkout). Nada aquí te otorga una licencia del software.
3. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no hacer mal uso del sitio: nada de intentar romperlo, sobrecargarlo, hacer scraping abusivo, acceder de forma no autorizada, ni usarlo de forma ilícita.
4. Propiedad intelectual
El contenido, el diseño, el nombre "Ignitor" y el logo son propiedad nuestra o de nuestros licenciantes. No puedes usar nuestras marcas sin permiso.
5. Newsletter
Si te suscribes, consientes recibir novedades de lanzamiento y devlogs. Puedes darte de baja cuando quieras con el enlace de cada correo. Ver nuestro Aviso de Privacidad.
6. Compras
Las compras se venden y procesan por Lemon Squeezy, nuestro Merchant of Record. Sus términos de checkout y manejo de reembolsos aplican a la transacción. El uso del producto se rige por la licencia del producto referida en la sección 2.
7. Descargos
El sitio se proporciona "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la máxima medida que permite la ley. No garantizamos que el sitio sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida que permite la ley, no somos responsables de daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados de tu uso del sitio.
