We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless. We only use your browser's local storage for essential, functional purposes (language/theme and the cookie-notice dismissal).

Some processors are located outside Mexico (e.g. the EU or US). Where data is transferred, those providers offer appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

We keep your email while you remain subscribed and until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Aggregated analytics are kept for as long as useful. Logs are kept for a limited period.

8. Your rights

Under Mexican law (LFPDPPP) you have ARCO rights: Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition. If you are in the EU/UK you also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any right, email privacy@getignitor.com. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
